Is opening an account paid?
No. The basic account is completely free for candidates. 5 applications per month, profile creation and listing browsing are included. With Team Pro membership (₺59.90/month) you get unlimited applications, a featured profile and an AI CV assistant.
What is KYC, why is it mandatory?
KYC (Know Your Customer) — is identity and diploma verification. It is mandatory for every candidate to bring fake CV and fake certificate risk to zero. You need to upload a national ID/passport + diploma/certificate photo; it is approved in ~24 hours.
What is the advantage of Team Pro?
Unlimited applications, a featured profile in the listing, an AI-assisted CV assistant (CV improvement suggestions), application statistics (who viewed your profile), priority support. 14-day free trial.
How is payment received?
The clinic confirms job completion → your escrow amount is released → it is transferred to your Wise account (international) or your bank IBAN (TR). Transfer takes 1-2 business days on average.
Who issues the invoice?
For freelance workers: Estekip issues an e-Archive invoice on your behalf via BirFatura.com (KVKK compliant). If you have a sole proprietorship, you can upload and pass through your own invoice into the system.
What is escrow?
The clinic holds your payment at Estekip and it is transferred to you when the job is completed. In case of dispute Estekip mediates. 3% platform commission (only on freelance payments, separate from the listings' own fees).
What should I do if there is a dispute?
Estekip has an "Open Dispute" button. Evidence is collected from both parties within 7 days. Evidence such as messages, photos and videos is reviewed. A decision is made within 30 days; payment is transferred to the rightful party.
Which sectors are supported?
Hair transplant, aesthetic surgery, medical cosmetics and dental treatment are our main categories. Sub professional categories: technician, assistant, nurse, anesthesia, plastic surgeon, dermatologist, orthodontist, endodontist, laser technician, clinical photographer, coordinator, etc. 40+ roles.
Can I work abroad?
Yes. Clinics outside Türkiye also publish listings on Estekip Careers (especially Germany, UAE, TRNC, Netherlands). You can receive multi-currency payments via Wise.
How do I upload my certificates?
Upload them as PDF/JPG from My Profile > Certificates. The Estekip content team verifies within 24 hours. Approved certificates appear on your profile with a "✓ Verified" badge.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. My Profile > Account Settings > Delete My Account. There is a 30-day recovery window. When it expires your data is completely deleted; only legally required records (invoice, audit) are kept anonymously.
Is there a mobile app?
Currently a PWA (Progressive Web App) — you can use it like an app by selecting "Add to home screen" from your browser. Native iOS/Android (Flutter) Q4 2026.
