   Interview + contract

   The clinic contacts you. In-Estekip messaging + video call. When agreement is reached, a digital contract is signed.

   Work, get paid, collect ratings

   When the job is completed the clinic confirms, your escrow payment goes to your account via Wise or bank transfer. The satisfaction score is recorded on your profile.
