Terms of Use

1. Parties

This agreement is made between the kariyer.estekip.com platform ("Platform") and the freelance healthcare professional using the platform ("User").

2. Service

The Platform offers an intermediary service for publishing healthcare sector job listings, applications and freelance worker matching. Estekip is not a party to the employment relationship between the clinic and the user.

3. Team Pro

Team Pro membership starts with a 14-day free trial; afterwards a monthly subscription is charged. Membership can be cancelled at any time.

4. Liability

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide on their profile. Behavior such as fake CVs and fabricated certificates leads to the account being suspended.

5. Termination

Parties can delete the account at any time. Existing applications and invoice records are kept for the legal period.

6. Dispute

Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
