1. Data Controller

Estekip Yazılım A.Ş. ("Estekip") processes the personal data it collects on the kariyer.estekip.com platform as a data controller under Law No. 6698 KVKK.

2. Processed Data

• First name, last name, email, phone
• CV and resume information (education, experience, certificates)
• Professional license information (healthcare staff)
• Job application and message communication
• IP address, session information (log)

3. Processing Purposes

• Matching job applications with clinics
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention
• Subscription invoicing (Team Pro)
• Communication and support
• Legal obligations (e-invoice, tax)

4. Transfer

Your data is not shared with third parties other than the clinic you explicitly applied to. In cases of legal obligation, it is shared with the relevant public institutions.

5. Retention Period

Active user data until the account is deleted; application records 3 years; financial records (invoices) are kept for 10 years.

6. Your Rights
